One of my goals this year is to go down a dress size and I figure I've got two months before eating season kicks in. One of my friends is doing fantastically on slimming world so I'm doing that. My other plan is to step up the exercise, so on Monday I did a kettle bell class.
Today I am still in pain.
Lots of pain.
I think it's good to push myself but have I just broken my body beyond repair? Or maybe I'm just being dramatic and all will be fine.
